I'm training for a triathalon. The running is the slowest part for me. I want to run but it's just very boring for me. I dread when I have to go. I try to push myself to keep going. I don't think it should be that hard just to go for a jog. Some people say that a treadmill won't prepare you as well for a real race. I don't know what else to do. Please help!

would we be able to change their corrupted government and within years run it like a democracy like the united states?

If so, why cant the Mexicans do the same in their own country? Therefore the incentives to cross the border wouldnt be as great. They seem to have no trouble protesting their rights here. What is the problem with this?

Are you gifted? Sometimes highly intelligent people have a problem with hypersensitivity. It is related to the ability to sense emotions too well. Sensitive people often baffle people cuz they get angry or offended when nobody intended to hurt them. Also, they have a super strong sense of "justice" and often feel that things are unjust and are unable to let that go.

If you are a gifted-sensitive, you will not stop feeling those angry hurt feelings. However, it helps a LOT to understand where they are coming from. If you understand that no bad intent is directed at you, and that the reaction is something you can't help, like an allergic reaction, you might be able to deal with it psychologically. Often the anger is related to a sense that you are being unjustly criticized or unfairly disapproved of. When you understand how much of that is due to your giftedness and is not technically "real" it might help.

everytime i plug my ipod usb cable in my computer it starts beeping madly and wont stop unitl i take the cable out?
it isint my usb port because everything else works when i plug it in...like my data bar.
