I think he wants to know if there are "Transient states in an Antenna array". If there was an impinging signal from another source that was powerful enough to interfere with the signal being fed to the antenna, maybe. If the match, impedance match, that is, were bad enough between the antenna and the transmitter, then that could generate transients as well. A properly designed system would tend to rule such as that out. Such disruptions would wreak havoc with the transmitter.
