Eggs Benedict. What a way to start your morning.
I either get it Florentine style, which is traditional, ham, eggs, muffin, and hollandaise, but with fresh spinach leaves layered as well. Or I have tried a Veggie Benedict. They layer the muffin with tomato, avocado, spinach, eggs, and hollandaise.
No way around it, hollandaise is a great way to start your morning.

pre cooked Chicken breasts over a bed of rice, covered with hollandaise sauce, and finished off under the grill...
Most recipes seem to use it for an addition to fresh salmon (but I don't like salmon that much!!)

eggs benedict of course there is also a recipe out there that i have been lookin for and cant rremember the name of it or even what type of food it was its an appetizer its fried oysters with a dab of hollendaise sauce garnished with red onions that have been carmelized with red wine vinagarette its really really good
