I've never understood this. Apparently the argument is that, to be an atheist, a person would have to know absolutely everything about everything... have absolute knowledge, basically.

Uh... why would one have to possess absolute knowledge in order to know that ONE thing doesn't exist? For instance, Christians don't believe in Quetzalcoatl, the winged serpent deity. They either KNOW it's absolute bunk or KNOW that it's just a primitive perception of THEIR true god. Either way, they KNOW that Quetzalcoatl, as described in ancient Mesoamerican culture, does not exist.

Does this make sense to anyone? Is anyone getting this?

At school, this guy, who is a couple years older than me, always stares at me whenever we see each other. Once, he was sitting down, I was walking pass his table, and he just turned his head 90 degrees to look at me. He makes it highly obvious. Sometimes, he just glances. He always stares with a serious look on his face. We never talked at all, and we don't know each other. All I know is that he has a girlfriend. However, I believe they're serious. We make eye contact whenever we see each other, and I would look away quickly, most of the time.

Do you think he's interested? Or am I just over-analyzing?

My dad, stepmom and lil brother are coming over to see my house for the first time. Ive never had my dad over for dinner so I want to show him I know how to cook. Its kinda my proving I am an adult dinner so to speak (im almost 23). Im a good cook so difficulty isnt to big of an issue. I want someing that looks like it takes some skill.
