I've been trying to bulk up my upper body for a while now (I'm 5'7", 140lbs, 6% body fat) and I seem to be having a hard time. My strength has been increasing, but with no visible results as far as muscle mass. I think it may have something to do with my naturally fast metabolism (I've always been able to eat whatever I want and never gain weight). My age (16) may have something to do with it, since last year I was trying to bulk up also and had no results until my sudden jump from 120lbs to 140 lbs sometime before summer. I work out regularly: heavy lifting twice a week, low weight, high rep once a week, and cardio the other four days. Tips please?
