Or equivalent? The rest of the world have drawn their own conclusions - anti-american, perhaps, as is the phrase.
But are there still people left in the USA that do not believe it is the case?

If only you could get Noam to turn his blind eye to the issue. I cannot help but think he is holding back, but why? I know he has been making gradual steps by signing the petition and such. A man of his intellect would be a great addition to 9/11 Truth. The officail conspiracy can be proven false and all of the available evidence leads me to believe that the terrible tradgedy was in fact an inside job. Sadly most Americans have not even heard about alternative theory. I am a senior at Penn State and find i talking to individuals that they had not even heard.

There is no shred of doubt that 9/11 was an attack by Islamofascists.

All I'm going to say about that, is that there is a movie called Loose Change, which raised alot of questions for me as to who is really responsible there. You can see it here:

The 9/11 Commission Report is incomplete and inaccurate. Without a conclusive and accurate study, doubt will exist.

I think the government knows more than its telling. And I think it could have been prevented, but they let it happen.

I don't know about this specifically, but I do know that steel framed buildings do not collapse at free fall speeds and they do not disintegrate in the process. There is clear evidence that powerful explosives were used in the demolition of the twin towers and especially building 7.
The 9/11 Commission report is incomplete and inaccurate and does not include interviews of eye witnesses. It does not provide a plausible explanation, but everyone quotes this report as the final authority. Physics Professor Steven Jones of BYU believes the twin towers were demolished using explosives and interviews available on Google clearly show witnesses and firemen who heard timed explosions and experienced explosions in the sub-basements.
The 9/11 Commission report does not mention the third building (WTC 7) which was demolished that same day. This building had a totally different design. The theory of a design flaw in the twin tower buildings (which happens to be false) cannot be applied to this third building at all. Unfortunately, forensic examination of the steel beams from the three WTC buildings was not possible because these were illegally shipped away within a few weeks. The few remaining pieces of steel did not provide any clues.
Like most important historical events, the "official version" is incomplete and inaccurate. However, this event did provide the perfect way to turn public opinion in favor of US attacks in the Middle East. Occupation of the Middle East was a goal of the Bush administration.
After listening to the videos based upon the "911 Truth" movement and verifying some of the facts, I'm convinced that this was an inside job. However, before we accuse specific individuals and companies of the crime, we need to convince the American people that we've been snookered by the biggest lie in forty years.
Unfortunately, there is a lot of disinformation and people are suffering from cognitive dissonance. One key issue is the fact that many people believe we have an honest mass media. Unfortunately, you need a complicit press to pull this off.
911 was an inside job...no question about it.

I don't know. I don't think there was really an active plot. I think it was more standing down and not taking any steps to stop it. I find it hard to believe that the buildings were brought down by controlled demolition. But there sure are a lot of questions to be answered. Maybe if we ever have another democratic president, there will be a thorough investigation of the events of that day.
