Ingredients: salt, black pepper, citric acid, onion, sugar, garlic, calcium stearate and calcium silicate, celery seed, lemon oil, and FD&C yellow 5 lake
Anyway... Its a really good seasoning. I like to put it on chicken and other meats. It's difficult to judge how much to use, if you use too little, you cant taste it, but too much overpowers the food

same brand name as montreal sreak spice,,i use on chicken and turkey,,melt butter,,parsely, lemon juice, all spices you like including lemon pepper in microwave,,then lifting skin of birds or pieces squirt or with hands get mixture under skin as far back as you can go without riping the skin,,with remaining rub all over bird or pieces,,when done wrap whole bird in tinfoil nice and tight even the turkey,,and cook away,,always use this method now and birds are the most tenderest and juicey ever,,just before finished tear back tinfoil to brown top of bird,,never dry and hold all the juices, swear after trying this you will never go back to just throwing the bird into a roaster,,,put the lid on roaster aswell when cooking,,keeps the heat in,,and cooks faster

Usually peppercorn, dehydrated lemon zest, kosher salt (in some) and other seasonings. The best lemon pepper is the kind you can grind yourself!
