Aside from St. Louis (where my Cardinals play), Chicago might be best. Cubs fans sure are persistent.

Wow, city with the best fans...from a baseball town...
My vote goes for the city who continues to turn out over 3,000,000 fans a year, even though the team and the organization sucks...fortunately these fans also turn out for the other major sports in the area. They are so dedicated that they have actually revived the existance of an NHL Franchise after they moved into town and were rewarded with a Championship.
The same fans have stuck with a basketball team that was perhaps one of the worst if not the actual worst sports organization over a 10 year stretch...this year they will be rewarded with perhaps its first ever NBA Title...
These fans have actually been spoiled with the Best NFL franchise of all time...this is were the fans get weak, when this football team is down the stadium can be fairly lean.
Yet they continue to turn out for the baseball team...even this year, there is little hope, but they will keep coming.
This baseball team is the American Leagues version of the Chicago Cubs...the fans are either the best or the stupidest for such blind loyalty.
I'm talking about Arlington, home of the Texas Rangers!!!

I'm a long time Dodger fan, but I still think the Cubbies have the best fans.
Any team that has a tradition to throw the home run balls from the opposing team back onto the field has got to be die-hard.
