He's so big on this kind of crap - maybe those of us offended by his pathetic attempt at humor and his offhanded crude remarks should start standing up to him. Would it even have a chance? Or would it just fuel his feeble little mind?

I enjoy doing personality quizzes but the questions are so stupid and limited. I recently did a kingdom hearts quiz, A tales Of symphonia quiz, and a breath of fire 2 quiz and most of them had the same questions, whats your favorite color, weapon, and your hair color, Why dont quizzes show depth, interpretation of one's character and actual choices?

As I am sure you are aware, many American Black Leaders have solicited the government for reparations or "pay backs" due to the treatment of a few black people during the era of legalized slavery. They feel this "pay back" is due to all black Africans and Hybrid blacks even if they can not trace their ancestry back to this era.

Being compassionate European Americans, we have given this issue some thought and perhaps legalized slavery was wrong. After many hours of research and consideration, the Traditional Christian Knights of the Ku Klux Klan would like to offer an apology to all African Americans:

Theist - belief in a god or gods.
Atheist - absence of belief in a god or gods.

When you were a baby did you HAVE belief or absence of belief?

(And don't bring up agnosticism or gnosticism - they are PARTS of theism and atheism; not separate terms and positions.)

Also... one can have belief in a god but believe the god to not interefere with the world - basically that it is nature that is God. This is the deistic version of theism.

A blonde is on a four-engine plane crossing the Atlantic. All of a sudden there's a loud bang. The pilot announces over the intercom “I'm sorry, one of our engines has just shut off. We'll be delayed 45 minutes.”
Suddenly there's another bang. Once again, the intercom clicks on and the pilot expresses his regret that they'll be delayed two hours.
Shortly thereafter, there is another bang and the pilot announces that they'll be delayed 3 hours. The blonde turns to the guy sitting beside her and says, “Man, if the fourth engine shuts off we'll be up here all day.”

I am currently serving a year tour in Iraq and am slated to take my 2 weeks R&R in the beginning of September. Orginally, my boyfriend and I had planned on taking this fantastic trip to the Bahamas! Then yesterday I found an online trip planner which allows you to see the weather for the past several years for your location.

Rain, rain, thunderstorms, rain...

So now I am stuck trying to figure out a new destination! The dates cannot be changed; I either go then, or I don't go at all (not an option haha).

I definately want somewhere warm (like Iraq isn't warm enough haha) with nice beaches, good nightlife, fun things to do for a late 20-something couple. We're not really interested in history or anything like that; we just want 2 weeks of fun in the sun, drinking, partying, and seeing a different part of the world (so outside the US).

Would love to hear some suggestions from seasoned travelers. Money isn't really an issue because I plan to blow a ton of money on this trip!

I've heard a rumour that if you use a much shorter length (or different quality) cable to connect the speaker that is closer to the stereo, you have a higher chance of blowing your speakers because there is a difference in total resistence. Is this true? I am currently hooking up a stereo where one speaker is 4 feet from the receiver and the other is 12. The rear speakers will require a cable run of 16 feet for the rear left and 30 feet for the rear right. Do I have to make sure that I use 12 foot lengths for both front speakers and 30 foot lengths for both rear speakers and just leave the excess hang? Or can I cheat and just cut the cable to length?
