He's so big on this kind of crap - maybe those of us offended by his pathetic attempt at humor and his offhanded crude remarks should start standing up to him. Would it even have a chance? Or would it just fuel his feeble little mind?

OK first i apologize cause this is in the wrong category. Second i strongly support freedom of speech. This was an attempt at 1/2 sarcastic 1/2 serious humor - because of the crap he pulls to a television show. i should have listed it in the TV section as the people their would have realized why i was being a smart a$$ and asking this question. For those all freaking out - take a chill pill. You'll live longer.

Howard K. Stern acted and acts as a very noble person. Any woman would wish to have such a devoted man in her life. Anna was lucky to have such a great friend over the years. Yes, she had a lot of other men in her bed. But over the years she realized that Howard is a unique personality and decided to marry him. Not Larry, not anyone other. Many men do not want to know about their own biological children. But Howard loves Anna's child. He loved Anna, now he loves the memory of her and rases her child. It just happened that the child may inherit money. May or may not, nobody knows. But even if not, I am sure, Howard will not abandon DanieLynn. Because he loves her and because he is just a good person. I think that many respondents talk about him negatively only because he is a Jew. This shows how many anti-Semits we have in our country. But no matter how hard they try to blacken Howard, they cannot indicate a single reason for their hostility other than I stated. I personally feel for Howard, admire him and wish him well in his life. I read that Howard suffers from Crone illness. Howard, if you read this letter, know that herbs tea from Ukranian doctor Selezneva helps very well. I buy this tea in Russian pharmacies, it is a miracle, better than many medications. I believe, that in the future Howard's pain will diminish, he will meet a good woman and will have a happy life with her. I wish him to have a happy life. It cannot be otherwise. He has a very good character, intelligent, educated, honest, modest and devoted to the woman he loves. Good luck to you, Howard!

Lilia, 72 years old Russian woman.

Genius, change the channel. I really hate country music, but I am not going to petition it to be banned.

I am not a big fan of Stern either, I prefer Elliot in the morning DC101.

You must be another narrowminded person who doesn't believe in freedom of speech. If you don't like what the mans says, DONT LISTEN!!! Stop wasting your time in an effort that has no chance to succeed.
Work for a charity, or go to an anti-war protest and stop being such a dumbass.

You must be one of those bound up conservatives that has nothing better to do then watch boobies on TV and be appalled all the while not being able to take your eyes off them boobies. many more people than you think love his off the wall humor. Because they are thinking the same thing. We liberals should start standing up to you conservatives and moon you.

It would just fuel him...he lives for this kind of opposition. Not to worry, his audience is dwindling to crack housewives and children of the 80's who still believe they need to rebel against society. Not much for him to work with. The best reaction is no reaction. He's already been forced to satellite radio...and in general, his target audience doesn't like to pay for their radio stations.

NO!
Switch to another station.
If YOU don't like what he says, then why don't YOU begin a "counter initiative"?
-----
'come to think of it,.. YEAH,.. go ahead and start a petition,.. Knock yourself out,.. maybe it'll keep you out of our hair for a while,... Comrade!
-----
SCREW THE "CHILL PILL". YOUR ORIGINAL QUESTION INVOLVES PETITIONING THE FCC,.. A FEDERAL AGENCY TO "STIFLE" FREE SPEECH. FUNNY JOKE,.. OK,.. NOT FUN, NOT FUNNY,.. JUST A WASTE OF MY TIME, NOW THAT I THINK ABOUT IT!

Unless someone is pulling a "Clockwork Orange" routine on you, change the channel. Nobody said you had to watch it.
