Wheat bread is a whole grain. Whole grains are less processed than grains in white bread. By the time you get done processing white bread the nutritional value has been depleted. Also wheat bread is higher in fiber.

White bread is made using bleached flour and Whole Wheat bread is made with unbleached, whole wheat flour, which is a more natural food, which means it is better for you.

white bread contains 1 part grain which is more processed and it looses its nutrition value and harms ur stomach a bit.....
whereas brown bread is completely made out of wheat and retains most of its nutritional value and doesent make u fat whereas whit bread tends to make u fat and causes stomach disorders......dats why brown bread is better than white bread and plzz note dat brown bread contain any chokolate..hahhaaaa

white you only get one
