Uhhh.... Not really. For one liners you can't make the people have to do math in their head. One liners have to be quick and funny... not make you want to shoot your math teacher.

I would have to say make it more interesting.
Eg-
Survey says 87% of statistics are accurate, while the other 43% are not.
Make it obvious that the two percentages do not add up so it's easier on the reader to see the punchline. Otjerwise the reader takes a while, therefore wasting his/her time and losing it's funniness. Nice try though.

I think that it is kind of funny and kind of not. You have to understand the joke in oder to get it. I got it after a while, though.
