I am applying for a job with a Bank in their private banking area. They want to know why I have decided to work in this field and have to show them some strong , logical and valid reasons for choosing to work in this area. I have to type up the answer and submit it via online. They have asked me to do research and then start writing on it.

I am a recent graduate and really do not know much about the private banking field and the career outlook in this segment.
It will be a great help if anyone can help me answer the question.

What I feel is wave nature of light can also account for photoelectric effect if we reconsider nature of light. light is considered both as particle and as wave but there is no mean of visualising both nature of light.What I believe is, light is a particle(charged) moving in a manner that its path forms a wave we already know that when a charged particle is stationery it only has electric field but when it is moving it has both electric and magnetic field while we know light has both electric as well as magnetic field therefore can't we consider light as chrged particles moving in wave form one question may arise that if light considered as particle(charged) moving in wave form than what is the restoring force maintain such wave,then it is the electric and magnetic forces acting on moving charged paricles which make particle of ligh vibrate as wave. If this proposed nature of light is accepted than it would account for optical as well as photoelectric phenomenon. please contact me.

My 5yr old will be on holiday next week and I desperately need some ideas on entertaining her and my 18mth old son together. Because of their age difference my daughter cannot always do what she wants to do (eg: painting) as her bro constantly interrupts her and messes her work. This gets her very annoyed and we land up having to pack away which leads to tantrums and tears. I am home alone with the kids and we do not have transport to get to play centres/parks. It's too cold to let them play outside so we're stuck indoors! HELP!!!

I am 6' 1" and weight only 133lbs. I have always had a problem gaining weight. I hate it. Are there ary tips on how to GAIN weight or a website I can lookup? I eat like a horse and 15mins later I am hngry again. Also my weight is like a yo-yo. I can vary 5lbs from a day to day basis.

I recently built a basement bedroom with a decorative woodstove in it. I didn't insulate the drywall ceiling because I wanted the woodstove to heat the upstairs floor. The drywall ceiling looks great, but any time anyone walks around upstairs or moves a chair or anything, it sounds like a drum in the room downstairs. Is there anyway to insulate without taking down the entire ceiling. The foam sprays I've seen don't expand enough and are expensive. Any ideas?
