im tired of hearing this. evidentally all these cocky osu fans dont even know who jeff green is. osu has nothing like him and they have absolutely no one who can defend him. if gtown is a poor man's version then why do they have an unbelievable talent in green that you have no chance of guarding?

do you even know who he is? im not a hoyas fan, i am just desperately seeking a buckeye fan's answer to how you plan on defending him........so let's hear it

I have always been an argumentative person. I have been working on being amiable towards people so that I can make more friends but I find that I can agree for about 5 minutes then I just burst out with my disagreements. For example, I attended a church breakfast and some of the men starting talking about how Walmart embodies true Christian values to which I responded "Walmart pays foreign workers .39 cents a day and discriminates against women"
To my way of reasoning, if I agree with what people are saying, that means I am endorsing their point of view and not being true to my value system.
How do other people manage to make it through conversations and get togethers without argueing with people?
Are you telling yourself it just isn't that important or that it is better to keep peace? How do you not express out loud that people are offending you?

She's never been in trouble b4...good student...ex-bf kept calling her in between his breakups w/ new gf...so my daughter started pranking her. We couldn't see her until the next day (after she was arrested at school). They wouldn't release her to us until the next day when we got to see the judge. She has been on house arrest until the pre-trial which is the end of this week. What will her charges be and can they go to such extremes for a 1st time violation? They had her shackled and hand cuffed when we finally got to see her infront of the judge. Don't minors have civil rights? And noone read her the Miranda rights??? Any one with legal knowledge in Ohio would be appreciated. This has been very traumatizing, please be nice.

Im in Buffalo, NY area and looking at a house for $199,000. The price was dropped by the seller from $213,000. I am thinking of putting in a offer. Whats the usual % for the offer. Should I offer $185K or is that a lowball? I have heard offer 10% less than asking? Not to sure what would be fair.
