I am considering not eating beef or pork. I did it for 6 years then something happened and i started eating it again. I want to quit again. Does anyone think that it is healthy? Or is it unhealthy to cut those things out?

If will probably be a lot hard to stop again. I was veg for 6 months and now I could not go back again. I drop 30 lbs in 6 months going veg....but I really don't think I was healthly. Aways felt weak and tired.

As for animal cracker....I LOVE them....even when I was a vegetarian.

Why are you considering not eating beef or pork? I read something from newspaper and it says it is unhealthy to cut those things out people's food.

Unless they start making the crackers out of meat for some ungodly reason, then you should be safe to consume them.
