I have no problem sticking to diets. I weigh 250lbs and I am only five foot three! I really need help here! I gained all the weight do to medical issues. The problem is, I dont know what to eat. Is there one specific thing that I can eat that might help me lose some weight? I am great at sticking to diets, I just dont know what to eat. I heard of an all cottage cheese diet, but I havnt looked into that yet. And I dont eat any candy or fast food. I really need some help. Please help if you can :( Thanks everyone.

Hello. I live in Montreal since August last year. Now that the winter is [almost] over, I see a lot of trash (mostly cigarette butts) appearing in places that were covered with snow before. I don't like seeing the city as dirty as it is now. I have never lived before in a place where it snows, so I wanted to know if the city will be cleaned and when do they usually start cleaning it. Montreal is a wonderful city, but seeing it like this really makes me sad.

If i meet a new guy and he asks me out or invites me out that night,, i always say i have plans and ill get back to them when im free, even if i sit home doing nothing the whole night. I am suspicious of new guys and will be highly cautious when i go out with the, guys will even comment that im being very cautious..

I like to think about going out with someone-if im making the right choice.
My friends say im too serious and should let loose,

I've had some bad experencies with guys in my past, i think its why i take extra caution now, am i wrong, are my friends right?

Its and in law and I am keeping very low tech, as the person in question is very snoopy and searches for me over the internet all the time they even quit their job to stay at home and constantly search for me, what I am to do this person emails me constantly and even though I continue to try to ignore it, this person keeps it up as if its were some game, I have dealt with this person for several years now, this person in no blood, other then in law .... I know some in laws don't get along but I get along with all mine but this person , this person turned this persons partner againest me, when we used to get along out of friendship and nwo we hate each other, on top of all this this person emails me threating harsh and very disturbing emails, as well as calls non stop over and over my family on my husbands side believes this person to be pyscho and needs help, This person would come over all hours over the night , and this person does these things just to see a reaction from me,

Hi! So I have been with my boyfriend for 2.5 years. I am having some trouble because I feel like the "spark" is gone and I am struggling to get the motivation to work on this. I am not sure where our relationship is going - we lived together for a year, and I was unhappy, and moved out. I am struggling to figure out what the next "step" is for our relationship-I have asked him repeatedly to get married, and he says that he is not ready yet, but can see us getting married in the future. Question-should i try living with him again and hope that it brings us closer together (and save a ton on rent)? and, how long do I have to wait for him to propose? I am an impatient, take charge kind of girl so I am not good at just spending years "waiting".
