Best for me was peter [he come into it after Tom Baker], and the two new doctors.
Scariest was Tom Baker, I have no idea why i was scaried when either he was on TV.

Tom Baker he was the first one I saw and the coolest; he could be smart and funny without looking cartoonish like Christopher Eccleston does. Besides I think the Tom Baker's stories were more much more originals and interesting. Those who hasn't seen Tom's Doctor Who are missing the best of Doctor Who.
As for the scariest well I don't think about Doctor Who as scary, the character is not supposed to be scary, after all he was the "good guy".

The Ninth Doctor. Christopher Eccleston was the reason I started watching "Doctor Who".
I plan to look up some of the previous Doctors on Netflix. I take it I should get some of the Tom Baker episodes first?
