5min heavybag
5min speedbag
50 pushups
5 min jump rope (non stop)
10 min jump rope (non stop)
1 mile run
Should I be able to box a 3 min round w/o getting winded??

Can anyone give me an (or their own) example of an intense workout routine? I love to do a 40-45 minute run on a treadmill which I do about 5 to 6 days a week, but I know that is not necessarily enough. Any suggestions? I'm trying to lose a little weight

this is what i will buy since it's going on the wall, the dvd is built right into the side, pretty awesome, no bulky dvd player needed, its built into the side of unit. i think the 32 inch is roughly $900 but prices are dropping, wait.

I notice I sent out the wrong W-2 forms when I filed my Federal income tax. Are there consequences for sending the wrong form? Does it matter which one you sent out. All the forms have the same numbers. I never notice that each W-2 form has to go to a certain place. Please Help.

Okay its about these toys that go back into their packages and travel back to the toy factory to see how they were made. Its got two of the lens toys from toy story and then just of bunch of cheapy toys from china. It was missed placed when my family moved. I would really like to find out what this movie is called. If none of the above listed and other consequence of pleasures of sex, would you do it?

Then think about this one. If no consequences to sex, would immoderation be so immoral? These are question of pure thought and try not to be so moralistic

I don't!!! But I am sooo curious as to how many people really worship satan and what kinds of things do you do......drink blood, sacrifice animals, small children, I mean no disrespect at all i don't care if you do this i am just interested, please be honest, i really would like to understand why, and is it the same for you to pray to satan or does it notwork like that? I am a second generation Ukrainian (ie: my grandfather came over from Ukraine.) and was born/live in Canada. I was just wondering if there is anyway for me to apply for a Ukrainian passport/citizenship if he still has his papers. If so, how would I generally go about getting it?

I also believe he has Canadian citizenship; although I am not sure if that would make a difference…

So if anyone has any information regarding this, I would really appreciate it. Thanks^-^
