My seats are C28 row NB will I have a chair to sit or will I be standing against a railing?

Dont know what the NB area is but you probably have seats..like others eluded to it would say SRO on the ticket somewhere if it was standing room only. The standing room only section is located amongst the c section but it sounds like you have a seat.

Seats 5 and 6 sounds like chairs to me. It would probably say SRO if that were the case. Go to the Penguins home site and click on arena-view seating chart for a better read. Some stadiums/arenas sites that I have checked out my seats on, even have a virual tour of the viewing from your seat. I think that was mostly MLB, NFL though.

C is all seats if I remember correctly
