I am a second generation Ukrainian (ie: my grandfather came over from Ukraine.) and was born/live in Canada. I was just wondering if there is anyway for me to apply for a Ukrainian passport/citizenship if he still has his papers. If so, how would I generally go about getting it?

I also believe he has Canadian citizenship; although I am not sure if that would make a difference…

So if anyone has any information regarding this, I would really appreciate it. Thanks^-^

Are you talking about applying for Ukrainian citizenship for yourself? Only if you emigrate to the Ukraine. If your grandfather was an immigrant to Canada, you have no entitlement to dual citizenship.
