I live in an 850 square foot apartment with newer windows but definitely drafty! I've been using about 127 gallons of oil a month which I think is too much but the landlord does not. I've had 609 gallons of oil delivered in 4 1/2 months for an average cost of over $200/month. I know heat loss due to drafts and poor insulation is a factor but does this seem like too much oil to be going through? The boiler is OLD (25 years at least) but the landlord had it cleaned up and said it was running "efficiently." The oil tank is undergound and I insisted they test it for leaks and it seems fine but, because it is underground, I can never tell how much oil I have left. Anyone have any idea how much oil I should be going through - just a rough estimate. I know there are many factors to take into account. I figure my the time May comes around (when I move out) the figures will be closer to 710 gallons for 5 1/2 months. Thanks!

I'm thinkin about gettin blonde tips in my hair, would it look too tacky? I have dark brown hair and i usually straighten it or leave it curly down. i want to try something different in my hair i have had it the same forever. please leave your opions, i'm open to any comments right now.

Sitting on the side of the highway waiting to catch speeding drivers, a State Police Officer see's a car puttering along at 22 MPH. He thinks to himself, "This driver is just as dangerous as a speeder!"So he turns on his lights and pulls the driver over. Approaching the car, he notices that there are five old ladies, two in the front seat and three in the back, wide eyed and white as ghosts. The driver, obviously confused, says to him, "Officer, I don't understand, I was doing exactly the speed limit! What seems to be the problem?" "Ma'am," the officer replies, "You weren't speeding, but you should know that driving slower than the speed limit can also be a danger to other drivers." "Slower than the speed limit? No sir, I was doing the speed limit exactly twenty-two miles an hour!" the old woman says a bit proudly. The State Police officer, trying to contain a chuckle explains to her that "22" was the route number, not the speed limit.

I Really want to graduate, in the top ten percentile of my school, I'm alreay in it but, I don't no how to maintain in it. I mean next year. there'll be people in my grade taking ap classes(tenth grade) and I don't plan on taking any untill 11 grade. Any tips. Also, how do you become an honor speaker, cause I'd really like to give a speech at my graduation (2010), but don't really care to work hard enough to graduate top 3. Please, some advice would be nice.
