Experience is the best answer.
Try practicing on smaller crowds, building up later to larger ones.
You could also practice on empty stages.
Its all about confidence, and frankly I too have stage fright, but I eliminate it by destroying my humility.(probably not a good idea)

Experience is the best way to get rid of stage fright.

Practise, practise, practise ....... I still get stage fright after years of making presentations. I have tried video-ing myself to see what mannerisms I had to change.
