BOSTON -- Jennifer Raper, 45, a Boston woman, who gave birth after a failed attempt to murder her baby has filed a lawsuit against two doctors and Planned Parenthood seeking the costs of raising her unwanted blob of tissue.

Raper claimed in the three-page medical malpractice suit that she found out she was knocked up in March 2004 and decided to kill the child because she couldn't afford both a baby girl and weekly visits to her favorite nail salon.
Dr. Allison Bryant, a murderer working for Planned Parenthood at the time, performed the murder on April 9, 2004, but it "was not done properly, causing the child to go on living," according to the complaint.
Raper then went to see Dr. Benjamin Eleonu at Boston Medical Center in July 2004, and he failed to detect the pregnancy even though she was 20 weeks pregnant at the time, the lawsuit alleges.
It was only when Raper went to the New England Medical Center emergency room for treatment of pelvic pain in late September that year that she found out the child was still alive, the suit said.
She gave birth to a daughter on Dec. 7, 2004. She wants the docotors and Planned Parenthood to pay to raise the child whom she had tried so hard to kill

I recently visited a convalescent home and was shocked to see how nice it is. I could not believe the services provided, the fun events taking place among the patients and the meals. Pillows fluffed, water fetched, slippers put on your feet - all by the nurses at the push of a button.

This seems like just the thing I need. I plan to pay out of pocket & stay at least 2 months. I went to my doctor for the appropriate arrangements and at 1st he did not understand what I was asking. Once he understood, he became angry and stated something along the line of "I will not associated with sending a 32 year old man to a convalescent home". So he is definitely not going to help me.

Looks like I have do it myself. Before I do, I'd like to know - is there any difference in rates with weeks vs. months? Even a discount as I'm 32 - my back hurts and I can't run like I used to but the nurses will not need to help me to the same degree as the older residents.

Help - please?

the same couple of workers when I notice it ...

What should I do about it? (Besides tell them no sugar and add it myself later - that's their job to add the sugar, not mine!)

I have spoken to managers already but it keeps happening and they act all innocent.

I don't have time to go anywhere else to get my coffee.

I've done nothing to them to deserve this kind of treatment, except being much better looking than them.

Should I egg their cars in the parking lot?

Pour bags of salt on their cars?

Any other ideas?

Am 28yrs old. Have 2 kids from prior 8yr relationship. Abusive relationship, so I left. Have custody of both kids. Father has visitation on weekend.
Am now with very respective, boyfriend from a good religious family, for almost 1 1/2 years now. Talk about marriage soon. (!) Something came on last night about the controversy about showing pregnant mothers the videos of thier baby's fetus, so that they are more informed and have it as a requirement before they have an abortion. We got to talking because of this, and eventually he asked me if I had one (suspicious?) I said yes. It was when I was 15-16. Had sex early, got pregnant, parents were behind me after we considered other options, and mom took me to have an abortion. Made mistakes, horrible mistakes when I was young. Now boyfriend is shocked and acting weird around me since last night.......... What do I say.......I really dont know.

i am auto printing a screen using vb. i dont want the print dialog box to appear. the page should just print to default printer. alternatively if i could use "sendkeys" to dialog box this would be okay but vb code waits for a reply to the print dialog box..

My bf has no teeth and when he eats me its the most wonderful feeling I have ever had. Its also the only way I have been able to get off. His gf kicked him out after she found out that he cheated on her over 3 years ago while they were together. Am I wrong for keeping him around just for sex. I have tried telling him he needs to go home to her because he said he's still paying the bills there. But she wants to start over with him after being together for 10 years as friends and start dating again etc. So im not being totally selfish.

An old priest was going on holiday, and a young priest straight out of theology college was coming to take over while he was away. They met briefly for a quick chat and the Old father Drennan said to the young father Murphy, "if you get stuck what to give for pennances, just ask one of the choirboys, they'll tell you what my usuals are"

later on in the day, a 'lady' of ill repute goes into the confessional box and says
