home sick from school-sinus headache?

im home sick from school, ive got a terrible migrane and im stuffy. i was wondering if anyone knows anything that'll make it better. thanksss

I used to expirience that kind of migrain too..
I think you should eat something hot (like fresh from the oven)maybe a bowl of chicken soup...and then drink some hot orange juice...or a cup of hot coco
after that try to get some sleep...
You'll be expriencing some sweats from it
but thats the point..it feels good when the sweats came out from your head.. :p
I dunno at least it worked for me..

steam and lots of it..it really helps
