i hane done stupid things in the past and things have happened. i was really close to some one before i moved and 2 month later when i moved back she and everyone else turned agianst me. im the only person wit a mohawk in school , no one likes it but its me and i try to be still close to her but were drifting apart. the real question is how can i let go without being as upset i am16 and im about to go nuts . and i have only few simple friends but i barely talk to like that . so how do you give it all up. pgmsa. peace

I am thinking about going back to school and I want to be able to go to developing nations to help build/rebuild their basic infrastructure (ie- wells, basic irrigation, restore power, manage waste). My hope is that I'll be able to do that untill I am too old and then 'retire' to a boring office job. Should I go for Civil, Environmental, Argo?

Ok we just bought our house, like JUST.. has barely been over a month. My husand was leaning against the wall in the kitchen yesterday and the freaking wall flexed in. Someone at sometime had done a repair and slapped a new piece of drywall up, but never attached it to the studs in the middle, so when you push on it, it flexes in and out. (nice huh?) Anyways, of course we had the house inspected b4 we purchased it, but obviously going around and pushing on every wall is not a regular part of an inspection. We do have a home warranty for a year, but from what I am reading it only covers appliances, heating, a/c, plumbing and the roof. Anyways just curious if anyone knows a way we would be covered to have this fixed or are we just going to have to pay for this? Any suggestions about what to do would be fabulous. We are first time home-buyers and unfortunately a tad clueless about how this works.

I have an interview at a place where they do everything from facials to nails to hair cuts- everyone there wears black pants so I feel like I need to wear something different- I know I should have my hair done but should I do my make up any differently (because all the girl's that work there are dolled up all the time). We’ve been in this troop since 2000, put in many volunteer hrs. OA elections were held last night although the leaders knew that 3 of the boys were in a school play & wouldn’t be there, one is our younger son. He is eligible & really wanted this but was not elected possibly because we weren't there. Unclear whether there was a quorum or an OA rep present. One of the 2 boys elected isn’t eligible, he’s too young but he’s the son of the committee chair. The troop also refused to hold an Eagle Court of Honor for our older son; we celebrated with the Cub Scouts instead. The Scoutmaster is grooming his successor, a career district Scouter who doesn’t appear to have any Scouting or leadership skills, including Wood Badge. The former committee chair wanted my husband who took Wood Badge, to become Scoutmaster but it’s not going to happen. Things have been going downhill fast lately, many boys leaving, families not participating. It will break our hearts to leave. Any thoughts?

When I skip washing my face, I pass out when my head hits the pillow ... but I want to wash my face to be clean, and then I notice that it jolts me into an alert state, and then I'm up for at least 1-2 hours after that ... help!!!
