me as i am today with the feelings i have to date id be a woman.I couldnt say for sure now i am born and have grown this way.its not the genitals your born with that make you a woman thats wanting a mate ie male.its your inner self so the choice would be very individual, and in so many cases it would be so lovely to have been given the choice back then rather than go through all the transformations painful procedures and far more painful attitute of others.I feel for anyone who is in this predicament if you are born fully expecting two arms or legs that work or internal organs no one bats an eye when you have these things corrected.why then when you have your gender corrected.Something I will never go through but probably the only thing right now that I can feel blessed about. My heart goes out to anyone going through this as we live in a very cruel world!

If I had nothing in the genital area, I guess it really wouldn't matter what I wanted and why.

If you are asking whether I would choose to be a man or a woman, I would definitely choose to be a man. I have many more male characteristics that female, and to be honest, I think men in general have it much better than women!

Female. Then again I was born with a penis there and want to be female. It would depend on the person, their gender identity in the brain. Gender Identity has nothing to do with your physical body, except that it is usually congruent with the physical body. My gender identity is female, I have lived as a male and hated it, so starting off with nothing would have been a great thing for me.

Sometimes, a boy cause they dont have as many health problems and complications as a girl does. But I think I would still be a girl, cuase I was able to give birth to both of my children and that is very special.

Twig and Berries. Gives me something to hang on to.

What's with all the life affirming answers? This is a fun theoretical question. Can't people just answer the question without getting on a soap box.

I'd want to be dead. Being a ken doll is all fun, games, and Barbie dream houses until the frustration reaches the point that you start killing innocents with a ball peen hammer.

If you were born with nothing medical science cannot give you what you don't already have.
Even with gender reassignment surgury, surgeons use what tissue is already there to fashion new.
But if you don't have anything at all, it would be impossible.

"Probably I would like to be":-
The husband of a certain publicity seeking, Failed Pop Singer:
As She would not be able to Emasculate me {as she has done with her current husband whilst ruining his Footballing career at the same time} Because I, having already achieved that state of being, thanks to my birth defect: would be immune &
thankfully uninterested in her. By my lack of the required sexual equipment:

I would have the advantage of not being able to sustain any injuries to myself as opposed to those who were substantial-well endowed with fully functioning male genitalia, probably would encounter:- {should they when adopting the missionary position: Actually make frictional contact, with the mattress} When attempting to penetrate a 'Skeletal Size Zero Stick-Like Sexual Partner'

Still a woman. We have a lot more choice in dress, plus I like messing with men's minds.
