I wash my face while taking a warm shower just before bed time. If im really wired up I shower by candle light or night light instead of using the super bright 150 watt light bulbs in the restroom. Hope this helps ya!

Wash your face at an earlier time. When you do try washing with warm water and milk combined. Milk is good for the skin and warming it makes your pores open up to the cleansing and helps one sleep at times.

Wash your face before you're tired. If you are concerned about having it clean right before you go to bed, wash it a few hours before and then use like Stridex to go over your face before bed- they aren't that strong and you don't have to splash water on your face but it will still clean it up a little before bed!!

Try washing your face about an hour before bedtime, if this isn't possible, try washing your face, then steaming it with a hot wash cloth, this will open your pores and also relax you as well.

i've been like that too. It helps to wash your face earlier then. Or, if you can't, try washing your face with lukewarm water (or take a warm bath for that matter)

the warmth always manages to soothe me.

jee, I guess you could accidentally put some soap in your eye so you're constantly rubbing them...trust me I've tryed it...ouch...but i would suggest you wash your face earlier than you do now if you stay up 1-2 hours after.Tea? a glass of warm milk?(ick!)
