Iraq has not done anything to us...it was Al-Qaida!...but we still want to spend money on weapons and restoring Iraq, when there are people in the same condition in America....and when i think about it we would not need to fix anything over there if we just did not blow it up!

I heard that people aren't allowed to chew gum in public places in Singapore.

In 2006, I went to Singapore, and in the airport i chewed gum, but it seemed it wasn't a problem.

I'm currently working for 15$/Hour. I started this job a year ago as an "intern" and was supposed to be doing light HTML updates and things like that.

However the company saw potential and let me rebuild their site as well as add another one thats fully PHP/MySQL and redevelop their intranet.

I'm not happy with my current pay because other interns here get paid the same amount as I do ($15/hour) and they do word processing/database input.

I am fat around my belly and I want to loss it before my graduation. That gives me exactly 4 month to go. At present I am 90.8 Kg my height is 1.83 Cm, I have to be around 78. I met a vegetarian the other day who works in a zoo. He doesn’t wear animal skin, so I assume his choices are based on more than “dietary” reasoning.

It just seemed odd to me that a vegetarian would work in a zoo. Whatever works for him and makes him happy is fine by me; I’m not judging; it just got me thinking about the concept. I don’t think I would be able to work in a zoo. If I tried, I doubt I would make it long.

What do you think vegetarians and vegans? Would you be able to work in a zoo?
