I am fat around my belly and I want to loss it before my graduation. That gives me exactly 4 month to go. At present I am 90.8 Kg my height is 1.83 Cm, I have to be around 78. My body is very much flexible and I can loss weights very easily I mean losing is as fast as i gain when I stop exercising can any one help me?

I think you answered your own question. If you gain weight when you don't exercise, resume exercising! Four months should be plenty of time to lose that much weight safely--the only question is in keep on track.

Start with an amount of activity that you find comfortable and progressively step it up.

Also, look at what you are eating, Replace snack foods with fruits and vegetables, eat whole grains, cut down on portions.

the best work out for the belly is to do crunches and jog. Start running three days in a row, rest day, then another three days in a row. In addition to that, do as many crunches as you can. The best way to do it (in my opinion) is to start off with 10 crunches, rest, 20 crunches, rest, 30 crunches, rest, 40 ... you see where I'm going with this. Do this once a day on days you run.

Also, supplimenting this with a weight training routine will help get better results faster, the more you do the better you'll feel and look, and the more you'll want to to do.
