he broke up with me two month ago from a two year relationship his reason was we grew apart, we agreed to ring each other last night and he kept ringing me but not saying anything, then he rang an was talking to me, we are hanging on saturday with a group of people mostly lads, there is a lad who fancies me an is always touching me i told my ex about it an my ex just went really quiet an i had to say his name to get him to talk this will be the first time we have hung together and he knows that the lad who fancies me will be flirting will this make him jealous another thing he still wears the ring i bought him, does he still like me, do you think he will ask me back out do you think there could be a good chance on saturday, how will i know if he likes me on sat

I think that if he is the one that keeps calling you then he still has feelings for you but is just confused about what he really wants. I think that if he wanted to be totally done with you he would not be still wearing the ring that you got him. See how it goes on Saturday and see how the other lad acts towards you but don't try to rub it in that someother lad is talking to you becasue if you do want to get back together with him that will only make him feel you don't. if you have been together for two years, before he broke up with you, he probably mulled it over a million times in his brain. it was probably a really hard thing to do. so when he found out that this other guy was all over you and flirty, he got really over protective. he may not want to still be with you, but he doesn't want you to be with anyone else. its a crazy thing guys do. he isn't ready to see you with someone else. he still really cares about you. on the other hand, maybe he does still like you and now he just doesn't know how to tell you. (hence the calling and not saying anything). overall, he's very confused right now. DO NOT MAKE A MOVE ON SATURDAY. let him do this. its all up to him right now. just let him know you won't wait around forever

If he likes you and he thinks your worth it then he will do anything to make you realise this . . . there won't be any guessing. If someone is leaving you dangling then you need to tell yourself that your worth more than that . . . don't settle for second best. A man who truly loves you will make you feel like a princess and do anything to keep you happy - make sure you don't settle for someone who just strings you along. Good luck honey.

maybe he was interested in you but after telling him about that lad you're not really giving a sign that you would want him back. honestly it sounds like you moved on already.
