If so, how does that location relate to God's and Satan's locations?

Are there now 4 "areas"? Heaven, Earth, Hell and the Soul home? Or is the soul already in Heaven?

Of course it's not outside the universe. It's in my body on earth.
God's location is Heaven and earth at the same time (see my previous answer) and Satan's is earth in the spiritual realm and Hell at the same time. Actually, according to the Bible, Satan stands before God night and day making accusations against Christians. These are not locations as you would understand locations. They are spiritual realms.

Soul is according to the Hebrew and inn the way that you apparently mean it is the 'seat of understanding and judgement'. It has to do with the way we think. So it's right here with me.
