my trusty benq pb6200 projector is acting up. after replacing the lamp (properly) all three LEDs blink yellow, the fan is on, but no image and none of the buttons seems to function. any ideas? is there a way to hard reset?

I'm fairly certain I've had a severe failure of my hard drive. I use win xp pro. When I try to boot up, I get an error message stating that this file is missing or corrupted \windows\system32\config\system
I've tried various methods to restore this file, but I seem to be locked out no matter what I try. So my plan is to use another hard drive, install fresh copy of Win XP. Then try to copy any data from the corrupted drive to the new drive, actually I'd like to use a ghost program to do this. Does this sound like a viable plan? Any advise is welcome. Thanks!

I think the hardcore, “burn in hell” shouting, condemning, religious have done more damage to the beliefs that they hold so sacred than the atheist ever has. We’ve all seen them from time to time and quite often here on Y!A. Christ himself never told us to go Judge, condemn and preach that non-believers are going to hell. He told us to “Go into all the world, and give the “good news” to everyone.” Mark 16:15. In other words, be a friend, not preach Hell Fire and Brimstone. Nobody ever won someone to their beliefs by being rude, condemning, and full of themselves. The people that Christ had the biggest problem with were the religious leaders that were so full of themselves and condemned everyone who wasn’t like them. This is not what Christians were called to be.

I'm talking like a problem or issue that may be has been ignored or buried for years. Something that you know has always been ther but for whatever reason your brain decides to rehash it out today. Then you are left wondering where in the h*ll did that come from? Ex. I feel madly in love at 15 to a guy that was 21 and that was 14 years ago we dated for a year and a half and he found out that he had Hepatitis C (we never had sex) so he let me go.( If your guys have ever seen the movie The Notebook you can understand how I felt about him.)Now we are both married and miserable with our spouses ( for various legitimet reasons) and we both have children. I spent the last 10 yrs trying to bury his memory, but my brain keeps purdging it back up. I have woke up in Nightmares that involve him every morning for the past several days and I have no idea what to do ..or why this is happening. How do I make this all stop?

I currently have the T-Mobile Sidekick 3 and have had no problems with the phone and/or the service. I love T-Mobile and dont have a good enough reason to switch phones or service. I can honestly say that still to this day I havent heard one good thing about Verizon so thats why Im asking the question ....T-Mobile vs Verizon?

i entered a poem i wrote in an online contest. a month later, i got a letter from the company saying my poem was among 250 that was going to be published in a book of short works of writing. they also wanted me to buy the book for $19.95 plus shipping and handling. the letter also said hurry, space is limited. is it a scam, will my poem be put in the book even if i don't buy it?
