i play softball at school 3 days a week. we do ALOT of running. but i'm not a good runner. i know that i'm NOT supposed to lose weight but i just don't like my "chin fattt". i eat snacks like chips or bread, but very little like 2 grams??? i rarely eat junkieees.....HELP?

I'd like to know how racism affects you becasue it has cetainly affected me...

I'm 2/5 white and 3/5 black and most of my life I have been ashamed of being black because of how people have treated me and the nasty names people have called me. And I admit I unforunatly joined in so I would not be made fun of. But know I am very proud to be black and if people hate me, or won't date me because of my race then I don't need them in my life anyways.
So... how does racism affect you??

Well... I'm about 14 years old and I've been having knee pain. I inflammated my knee 10 months ago leading to tendinitis. When it first happened the pain was really BAD but now that time passed it feels a little better. However, I can not do many things anymore like how I used to such as squats or sprinting quickly as I used to. I tried taking IB profens but it had only treated the pain and not cure it. Anyone know a way to CURE my pain?

saw a picture of my ex-boyfriend with another girl and it kinda bothered me. I saw the picture on his facebook account. I mean I dunno why I felt kinda hurt? We only dated for a month, then HE ended it saying he was busy, and we never had sex cuz he knew I'm saving myself for marriage. It seems lke he's a player. Does mizani make curly hair bone straight, or wavy. I just want wavy, but straight would be ok with me too(perferably wavy). I tried Rusk's anticurl relaxer and it worked amazinggly on my hair. It made my curly hair wavy/straight. I was so happy and than it wore off three days later. I was hoping that mizani would work anywhere between 4-8 weeks. If i have the wrong idea, please someone let me know. Also can someone clue me in on how it works and how dangerous it is
