I would like to know if it is worth reading

Aww man, most DEFINITELY!!! It's basically a retelling of the ancient Cupid and Psyche myth. Go for it, you won't regret it, it may seem a simple story, but the depth of the spiritual theme in it is mind blowing once you realize what it is...without giving the story away, it cause you to search YOURSELF very deeply, rethink your priorities, I know that's what it did for me...In simple words and terms and concepts, it highlights something that ALL humans are guilty of at one point or another, without realizing it.

I was just thinking about this book the other day, I'm also gonna read it (again)! It's WELL worth it. Don't hesitate. In case you don't know- the author of the book, C.S. Lewis, is the same person who wrote The Lion, The Witch, and The Wardrobe (and the other books before that in the same series).

Don't read any reviews on it, might give it away...just dive in!

I have read it, and it is definitely worth reading. It is a total re-interpretation of the Cupid and Psyche myth; but much deeper and more interesting. It is narrated by Psyche's ugly but very intelligent sister.
