Well... I'm about 14 years old and I've been having knee pain. I inflammated my knee 10 months ago leading to tendinitis. When it first happened the pain was really BAD but now that time passed it feels a little better. However, I can not do many things anymore like how I used to such as squats or sprinting quickly as I used to. I tried taking IB profens but it had only treated the pain and not cure it. Anyone know a way to CURE my pain?

talk to your doctor, and get a cortisone injection in the knee.
try making sure you warm up,and cool down your knee before and after sports too. i don't know a way to cure it, i'd like to know that answer myself! :)

take care!!!

I have tendinitis in my foot, I read that resting it and putting ice on it
should help. Once it heals there are exercises you can do, same thing
as with the knee. There are some good sites about sports injuries
and what to do, try looking up one and see what advice they give. I've
seen quite a few so I'm not sure of any particular one.

Eat dulce. You can sprinkle dulce on your food in place of salt or pepper. It works!
