The past 3 years of my life have been horrible, nothing ever goes right. It seems like things won't ever get better and when I think about my future all I see is a black void. I feel like everything will continue to go wrong and I will never be happy again...

Has anyone else had a similar experience? Did your life finally get back on track?

Someone please tell me things are going to get better :(

I'm currently making beef Jerky and I cant tell when it is done. The directions state that the Jerky will be done in 6 to 15 hours using my machine. How is that any help? Its not!! (I guess it depends on the thickness of the meat) I cut the Jerky about 1/2 thick. Regardless of the time it takes, is there a way I can manually check it?

I work out, I run, I do heavy lifting and when I do I don't sweat at all. Instead I get very hot, my skin turns red and after awhile I start to feel dizzy. I've consulted a friend who is a med student and he checked my skin (by pinching it, and seeing how it pops back into place) and says that I am not dehydrated. My Over-heating prevents me from doing some intense activities I would like to do. What could cause this and should I go see a doctor?

Ok, you see I have friend that I knew since high school and now we are in college together and currently in the same class. Well, she usually vents her issues to me and i am more than happy to listen to her about her problems. Now I regret it because all now she does is whine a lot about her issues with her family and other friends.
It is has gotten to the point where she gives me too much information about her problems and it's getting out of hand. Also what is making me really angry with her that whenver I tell her about my issues all i hear from her is an "mhmmm" and now i am through with wanting to deal with her problems anymore because i am getting sick of her constant whining and the whole drama in college.

i am about 5'3 and 150 pounds right now =/ its not all fat, i have some muscle, but i'd like a lean, toned, athletic look by june 2nd. here is what i plan to do

day 1
*10 minutes of yoga sun salutations
*20 minutes of pilates
*30 minutes of jogging; walking only if needed then going right back to jogging
*strength exercises (working arms, abs, and legs)
*stretching for 15 minutes

day 2
*30 minute long salsa tape
*30 minute long bellydance tape
*15 minutes stretching

if i alternate these days and take one day off a week if i need to, will i get a toned and slim athletic look?

btw i eat around 2000 calories a day...

I've been seening this blue van for a past couple of days now. It looks old and ragy, mainly duigsuting.
At first, i saw the van near my house or by my neighbor's house, then at the dowtown mall when we were just leaving, the car was leaving too and was at the same place as us, then i saw the van at the beach and then face to face at my dad's car, he was parked right smacked in front of my dad's car and there was another person there too. I know they were two males.

Im kinda worried and i know this is the same car because i looked at the lincense plate every time i got the chance. its the same.
Yesterday, the car was parked by my dad's car and i was kinda stalking them back for a few minutes to see what they were doin and they were staring at my house and then after awhile, i called my dad and he went outside and told them to leave now. They didnt say anything and just drove away.
I dont know what they were doing, like drugs or just talking us ro whatever.

I'm using proactiv (I use the moisturizer as well) and it has left my face all rough, sand-paper like, and it's sort of beginning to peel. I've stopped using proactiv (but continued using the moisturizer) for four days, but it seems as if my skin is getting worse. Can somebody give me any suggestions to restore my skin to it's natural smoothness:(? Thanks!
