The Sea Witch Ursula from the Little Mermaid is my favorite because she can go from Octopus to taking Ariels Image in 0-2 seconds flat! Smart villianess.

Madame Mimm from Sword and the Stone can change her self into a gragon as well. My favorite is the evil stepmother in Cinderella, i also like Prince John in Robin Hood.

I love Scar from "Lion King" and Jafar from "Aladdin".
I even named my cockatiel Iago after Jafar's sidekick. Not that I would go around pretending to be Jafar or anything.
