UUuuuughhhh..I am so sick and tired of my boss being so dang bossy! I have been doing my repetitive, routine, mundane job for three years now. I know what I am doing...do you have any suggestions on what I can say to him? I ALREADY KNOW WHAT HE IS GOING TO SAY & DO BECAUSE I HAVE BEEN DOING THIS SAME THING OVER AND OVER AND OVER AND OVER-----its like hes is trying to tell me how to do things when I am the one that has manage and created all the systems that run this company-:(

At first I just assumed that whenever he talked to her he would talk about their two kids that live with us. He recently went on a business trip and he called her to let her know that I was taking care of the kids. Somehow the conversation went to how I feel about her, which I feel is none of her business and that my husband should respect me enough to keep that just between us, but he told her and now she is upset. My husband finds nothing wrong with talking to her about how I feel about things and I think she should ask me if she wants to know and I think my husband stepped over some unpoken boundaries. I don't think they should talk about me in their conversations, that they should only talk about what concerns their kids. I am not opposed to them talking about how I raise her kids, that is fine, but I am upset that they talk about other aspects of my husband's life that include me.

I understand that a small percentage of obese people have glandular, and other medical issues that makes them obese, and have nothing to do with overeating. Those are not the obese people I am reffering to. So please leave them out.
It seams that if you even bring up the obese issue with people, and try to discuss possible solutions to this ever growing problem (pardon the pun). People call you mean, and insensitive! Though you try to open a dialog with someone on how to solve this countries drug addict problem and everyone has an opinion and nobody is conserned about insensitivity.

My ex and I were cleaning a house he was putting up for rent, and his previous tenants left behind a disgusting mess. The whole house reeked of cats, and every room contained a nasty surprise. I volunteered to clean the bathroom, while he cleaned the basement. I thought I had the easiest room in the house.
I put on my gloves and got to work, & was surprised how quickly I was moving along...and then I opened the sliding glass shower door...omg!

I gagged immediately. Apparently, the people that once occupied this home had some mental issues or something.
The shower contained pots and pans and silverware sitting in about an inch of grey sludge...it was the most disgusting thing I've ever seen...& it gave off a very unpleasant smell. I yelled for my ex to come look & he just said "That's all you!" OMG so disgusting...I had to turn my head and very quickly pick this nasty **** up and throw it in a bag, then scrape up the sludge and scour it w/bleach, it took me an hour. Never again!

My husband has a child with his ex-wife, he has full custody.

What rights dose she have in an adoption case? (since she dosen't have any rights but the right to pay child support and the right to visitation) Which she is behind in child support. Can that help with a step-parent adoption?
