My ex and I were cleaning a house he was putting up for rent, and his previous tenants left behind a disgusting mess. The whole house reeked of cats, and every room contained a nasty surprise. I volunteered to clean the bathroom, while he cleaned the basement. I thought I had the easiest room in the house.
I put on my gloves and got to work, & was surprised how quickly I was moving along...and then I opened the sliding glass shower door...omg!

I gagged immediately. Apparently, the people that once occupied this home had some mental issues or something.
The shower contained pots and pans and silverware sitting in about an inch of grey sludge...it was the most disgusting thing I've ever seen...& it gave off a very unpleasant smell. I yelled for my ex to come look & he just said "That's all you!" OMG so disgusting...I had to turn my head and very quickly pick this nasty **** up and throw it in a bag, then scrape up the sludge and scour it w/bleach, it took me an hour. Never again!

Any chance the "that's all you!" comment is the reason he's now your ex?

That is pretty disgusting. I always make my husband deal with the gross stuff, he's supposed to take care of me you know?? You need to find a guy that will for you!!!!

We had a problem in the garage with garbage. Somehow a bag got left behind and didn't get taken out. You have to watch stuff like that especially in the summer b/c of the heat. Certain foods can produce maggots. It was SOOOOO disgusting.

It makes me shudder to think about it. There was a lot of flies on the window, and I didn't know flies ARE maggots, they were coming from the garbage. I just screamed, ran out of the garage, and called my husband.

NO WAY was I dealing with that!

my son had just turned a year old, and he had a seizure so we had to stay at the hospital a couple days while they checked him out (he's fine), but we had only brought him there in the first place to pick up medicine, so we didn't bring the diaper bag (he had the seizure when we got there). the hospital gave us huggies, and no matter what size he wore, he leaked out of them (they just don't fit my kids). anyway, he slept in my arms because he was sick and refused to sleep in the cribs they had, and the next day when i woke up i was covered in poop because he leaked again. i didn't have any spare clothes, and he was an indescribable mess. there was poop everywhere! i couldn't make a nurse take care of all that, so i did. eew!
