I have an Associate Degree in Occupational Studies in Business Management. And what salary range to ask for?

Your options are limited, but not unattainable. It is likely that the jobs you can apply to with only an associate degree will have a top pay rate of $35/yr (or about $17/hr); only if you have exceptional skills and you have work references to support that.

human resources coordinator (requires 4-yr degree + HRMS certifications to advance further)

An Associates degree is of some value over others who have only a H.S. diploma; however, as you know you will be competeing woith those who have a B.S. degree ; go back to school, get the BS if you want more negotiating power.
