I got x=x^2-6x+10 but not sure if Im supposed to go any further!

There was once a great actor who could no longer remember his lines. After many years he finds a theatre where they are prepared to give him a chance to shine again.

The director says, "This is the most important part, and it has only one line. You walk on to the stage at the opening carrying a rose. You hold the rose to your nose with just one finger and thumb, sniff the rose deeply and then say theline 'Ah, the sweet aroma of my mistress.'"

The actor is thrilled. All day long before the play he's practicing his line over and over again.

Finally, the time came. The curtain went up, the actor walked onto the stage, and with great passion delivered the line, "Ah, the sweet aroma of my mistress."

The theatre erupted, the audience was screaming with laughter and the director was steaming!

"You bloody fool!" he cried, "You have ruined me!"

The actor was bewildered, "What happened, did I forget my line?"

"No!" screamed the director. "You forgot the rose!"

I am a 34 year old man who came out of a four year relationship about a year ago. My ex-girlfriend didnt treat me well, constantly putting me down and lowering my self esteem. The new realtionships I have started up since have been problematic. If the girls have been nice and treated me well I have lost interest quickly. Where as if the girls dont treat me well I feel lucky to be with them, become a bit obsessed with them and try to get serious way too quick which again eventually ends in disaster.
Ideally I want to meet someone who treats me well that I can get to know slowly and not hit self destruct. My last attempt has left me feeling awful. I was with her for a couple of months, I became too serious, too early. She said she wanted to end it because she wasn't ready for it. Any advice please

My psycho roommate charged @ me with 2 knives, & I went to make a police report, & the police wouldn't let me make a police report because I have mental disabilities. They told me that "By law, I'm mentally unstable & incoherent." But in actuality, I'm mentally stable. I can't be too mentally unstable & incoherent if I have a college degree in Spanish-Liberal Arts, huh?

What do I do @ this point? Should a police officer be telling me such thing? This sounds awkward. I thought that ANYONE should be able to have a right to make a police report. Was what he said considered DISABILITY DISCRIMINATION? & can I sue the precinct?
