my friend does not want to date, but she still wants to hang out...should i?

after she told me no...i really don`t feel like seeing her anymore, all i can think of is her telling me no...am i wrong for feeling this way?

Well, if you consider yourself her friend, then you should try to still have fun with her without the relationship part. But I understand that you'd feel disconnected after she denied you. Just give it some time and tell her how you feel.
