Things are never as bad as they seem. Cheer up and look at the bright side of things. Go outside and feel the sun on your skin, breathe in the fresh air, and look at the beautiful world surrounding you. Think about all the things that you have to be thankful for. Hum your favorite 'happy song' and do a happy dance. Watch a good movie.

Think of all the things that are good in your life
Dont let your gremlins win
They will talk you down until you are depressed
Start a journal and express your feelings
Usually feelings of sadness are compounded as you have no out let for them

I know how you feel. Two of my good friends just died over a drug overdose. Tomorrow is a new day, and a new start. Things will get better. I hope they do for you too.

Nothing I say will matter. What you CAN do for yourself is to cuddle a loving dog or kitty or a guinea pig. Animals soothe us and bring out our endorphines.
