Hi:
I am wondering if anyone knows of good buildings for retirees in the Aventura/Ft. Lauderdale/North Miami/Hollywood, FL area?? My parents are devoutly Jewish and would like a building/community with similar minded people, who play Bridge since that’s all my parents do these days... Not looking for assisted living at all, just a Condominium complex. If you know of any good locations/buildings, I would be most grateful for your help.

does anyone else think that parents who let their kids wheel round shops and busy streets are irresponsible!
the other day i was in a shop and a girl wheeled herself my way and tripped.. she missed my 8 week old baby in a pram by inches.. !!
what sort of parent thinks it is ok for there kids to trip and fall on babies and old people or whoever is shopping!! jeez!
fair enough on quiet roads or in the park.. but teach them responsibility!!
yeah i am annoyed.. but wouldnt u be if ur baby had been put in danger...

I like this guy that i have known since the second grade. We saw eachother for the first time in a long time the other day when we were both invited to my friend's birthday party and it was just us three. It was nice to see him since i moved in the summer going into the fifth grade. This year i'm in 6th. I've missed him so much, because we were always really close friends, but since he's a guy its not easy for me to just invite him over to my house to have a slumber party or something, so my friend who invited us both is our only person who can get us to see eachother ever. My problem is i really like him and he really likes me but since we're still young we aren't going to date and even when we're old enough we will live so far apart. My question to you guys is how do i stay in touch with him so that he'll understand how much i like him? i want to be his friend which i am but i want to be more, but i can't. How do i cope?

They tell you you're the perfect guy, that normally they can find something wrong with the guy but you're different. And they say they like you ALOT, but they still go after the guy who is dating someone else, who they still have feelings for. The way I see it that makes the decision rather simple. If the guy you like is dating someone else, and there is another guy who you think is perfect right in front of you, what's there to question? I personally think it was a cop-out of the relationship, but who am I to know for sure.
