Could it be that too many government officials are on the 15,000 name list?

Since prostitution is illegal in the District of Columbia, why is the judge protecting the criminals?

Should every citizen write their elected representative to get the list published and any criminals from the list be hounded out of office?

The way government works today is so last millenium: we register to vote, we elect people to represent us, and they govern from a centralized bureaucracy. Can we improve on this, esp. given modern technology?

Specifically, can we apply the "open-source" model that's increasingly popular now in technology (Linux, Wikipedia, etc.)? If so, what would that look like? And what are the main challenges, other than massive switching costs or disruption as we migrate/updgrade from one system to another?...

I have noticed that people who have little love in their hearts describe their God as being just but not very compassionate. People who are compassionate stress God's compassion. People who would not care much about strangers think that God is aloof. People who are intolerant think that God is intolerant, and so on.

I'm not saying this is true 100% of the time, but I think it may be true a lot of the time. What do you think?

In the Bible it specifically says that the law should be obeyed from generation to generation. Even Jesus said, not one word shall be changed of the Law of Moses. But yet so many people believe "OLD TESTAENT LAWS, MOST PPL DONT GO BY THEM ANYMORE, WE LIVE UNDER THE NEW LAWS OF THE NEW TESTAMENT"


And Christians, no you are wrong. The old testament laws are still in effect according to the Bible. In Mathew 5:17, Christ states that he has not come to destroy the old laws, he has come to fulfill them.

When I switch the router off and on the connection comes back but only temporarily. I get an error message when I try to connect with the wireless network, even though it's still listed in my available networks window. THis is the 2nd router we have had this problem with. Could it be the cable modem? It happens with our Mac and our Windows-based computers. The desktop plugged directly into the modem maintains connectivity regardless.

Last night, I was at my boyfriend's place and I got drunk. When I was drunk, I started taking my clothes off and after I got a little sick, I went to the bathroom, while I was in there, I didn't realize until I saw him thatmy boyfriend had opened the door and was filming me.
