No,not shaved but if they're really hairy then trimming it down is good.Same with guys' armpits!

My Uncle does shave his legs so that he can "run faster." It's not cool!!

No. While being really hairy on chest/back is one thing, I wouldn't want my man's legs to be hairless. (Though not everyone agrees on the chest/back)
