you mean the blur when they go to the bathroom or shower? There's a hack for that. Go onto thesims2.com and ask, I forget which site has it, modthesims or the other one.
I don't use hacks, but I do know that people use them for things like this...but honestly, isn't that like watching barbie and ken naked? Ain't that exciting, TRUST ME!
I've had glitches were they've washed themselves with no blur and there's nothing there, just like barbie and ken.

There is a mod or as people call it a hack to remove the blur but as one person mentioned it before even with the blur removed you won't see a thing. And why does it really mater? It's just a game. And honestly only pervs are interested for such things. Give me the real thing in real life

You want the patch known as the nude patch for that.All you have to do is do a search for Nude Patch for Sims 2 on a search engine.

just download a patch but make sure you download one from the latest expansion pack you have.
