At what age can you no legally longer urinate in public? I am 20 and still doing it.

I think it's perfectly fine for a man to go about his business in an alleyway most people will not see you.

LOL. Don't get caught. You can be charged with a crime. Most likely, the charge will be indecent exposure and at a misdemeanor level.

Some funny answers out there for sure. I like the helmet one lol.
In truth public urination is a crime in just about any state for any age, with the exception of an infant or young child. In addition, believe it or not, if you were to do this in say a park where there were kids around you could actually be charged with FELONY EXPOSURE. If a minor were to view the act it would fall under Lewd and Lascivious statutes and is a very serious crime.
Your a young guy try to hold it as long as you can until a gas station or rest room comes around. If its an emergency find somewhere secluded, no video and take your chances.
They also have a product called DEPENDS.....its like an adult diaper as a last resort. GOOD LUCK

The only time they are required to say certain things such as 'right to remain silent' is if they are arresting you. Giving a ticket can be a completely silent exchange. Cops speak to you in an effort to find more information out about you, e.g. drunk, high, asshole.. And many cops will try to instigate a reaction from you so that they can flex their power and most likely arrest you. Be aware that public urination can be cause for having to register as a sex offender. It isn't common but it is completely legitimate, as you are exposed in public. If you got away with a fine, be happy about it.

Also its dangerous to "hold it"

My mate almost got an on the spot fine for taking a leak down a deserted alleyway at night after he left the club but just as they were about to take his details a fight broke out round the corner n they ran off to sorft that out.. lmao..

Then lets hope you get caught with your snake hanging out and a police person walks by. The answer to this is when you are out of nappies and at 20 yrs old i hope you are! As a woman this would be one of the biggest turn offs in a man.

Needs must.

Anyway standing at a urinal must be "public" urination as at half time half of the pub is in your company while you are doing the business.

You can't legally urinate in public at any age really, which is a bugger when you get to 80 and can't help it and pee without even knowing :P

It's never actually legal, although under 10s can't be charged with a criminal offence.

Most of the time, common sense prevails - if no one sees you, no one is offended.

I hope you enjoy walking through puddles of other people's piss - I don't.

I am appalled! Control yourself. A pee here and a pee there may be a male prerogative, but no woman would agree with you, because we don't pee standing up, and we have to take our pants down.

Be very careful, there is normally very little difference between a quick pee and an exposure, especially on a cold night.

think your far too old to be doing that now.your Lucky you haven't been arrested. But on my recent visit to Paris we saw a man urinating in the middle the royal square,in broad daylight.apparently it is OK for them to do that there in public.
