Coffee has recently been found to contain some very important antioxidants that prevent cancer and attack free radicals in your body. I would say that was good. Caffiene is good for your skin. However, like anything else, you can go overboard, so drink up in moderation and enjoy your coffee! Godloveya.

There is conflicting data. Coffee has been found to have anti-oxidants and also have a insulin-regulating effect. Those things are good! However, in excess, the caffine in coffee (and other drinks) is bad for you. Also, if you load your coffee with sugar - it can be bad too. So, drink in moderation and its great. Overdo it and its not so great.

Depending on how much I read a study that said coffee 3 cups can be good. I workout and drink it. To much of it messes up your stomach

No,it's not bad as long as you don't exaggerate.Coffee can make you nervous if you drink more than 3 cups a day,and it won't let you sleep either.So....relax,drink your coffee,Take Care!

i have heard that it contains lots of anti-oxidants, but if i drink
coffee, i cant sleeep the whole night, so, not good really
