I have realised over the years that going out on the town with your mates is the wrong way to go about trying to pick up women especially the classy women out there. If you approach a women and she gives you the cold shoulder for whatever reason you feel embarrased and no man wants to feel rejected in front of his mates...I think this could be the key to meeting more women, go out on your own and your in control of your surroundings. Remember if you keep on doing what you been doing then youll keep on getting what you ve been getting......So fellas what you think???

my ex left me about a month ago and i want to forget about her because she hurt me really bad. i've just moved house and have now started to train to be a nurse and every1 thinks that i've moved on. but when im alone at night or when some1 mentions her name i cant stop thinking about her. i know that its natural to pine after the 1 you love but i dont want her back and i certainly dont love her anymore. ive turned my life around and all i want to do is forget about her... should i ask my friends to not talk about her? im finding it difficult and i dont want this to effect my training or my life anymore than what it has... any suggestions on how to lift my spirits would be greatly appriciated...

I don't just want to buy him clothes or DVDs or CDs or aftershave this time.

I already bought him a leatherman last year, I bought him new soccer boots, he has chains and a very good watch, and a good wallet. He doesn't drink, he doesn't get excited by cars or computer games, I don't want to encourage his smoking by buying him an engraved zippo or cigarette case...
I already have the bake a cake and cook him his favourite meal planned but what to get as a present?? Its in a week and I have noooo idea? He loves Soccer... thats about it.

My dog is an American Eskimo which because of the way things are she has to sleep outside in a cage with blankets just to keep her quiet. Is it okay for her to be outside doing cold days when it's 0-30F or hotter days when it's 80-100F? Her cage is always in shade so will it be ok?

I know this is going to sound a bit weird but how do you go about making friends with people you dont know?

I am a male, 16 and i dont have that many good friends at high school, coz most of them have moved schools.

I was wondering how i would go about making some new friends. there are these two girls that are in a year above me and they sit around where i usually are. How would i go about approaching them.. or not? What would i say?

does anyone have any opinions or suggestions about how i would go about making new friends?

A terrific job has landed in my lap. I will begin working for a gentleman who started building model train layouts in his spare time...and now has the opportunity to build a pretty big full time business. I will be doing everything from screwing down the initial piece of plywood to the installation of the finished product in the customers homes. I have NO experience at all but, I am am a quick learner and this man thinks I will perfect for the job. Is there anyone here that can direct me to some places (websites?) where I can learn about Train layouts in a hurry. I don't know about the different size trains or the major companies that market them at all. I have heard of Lionel but that is the only thing I know in relation to model trains. Oh, I am so lost here. Any help would be appreciated. I am feeling super inadequete. :| Thank you

My 1 year old has been sick a lot lately with colds, ear and sinus infections. My boss now wants to cut my hours from 40 down to 32. Is he right to do this? Is it legal for him to cut my hours because of my child being sick and me not being able to take him to daycare? Please help!
